The specialist explains that the labor unrest of shaping a common pastime for people who live their professional fulfillment (in a matter of experience), but do not see growth in their jobs or are no longer employed by the prejudice of the age. It also occurs in those who exercise a profession embedded in a saturated labor market.
Some people, usually between 35 and 45, looking in hobbies an opportunity for greater performance, because even to do well economically, they are dissatisfied (from the personal perspective) with their work situation, says Raymundo Calderon, national director of the degree in psychology at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico (UVM).
